Email messages from Lombard Graphics are "permission based," meaning that the company only sends emails to individuals who have provided their email address as customers of Lombard Graphics or have opted in to receive email communications from Lombard Graphics. The company will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with third parties for promotional use.

Emails from Lombard Graphics may be sent to individuals with their permission for the following purposes:

• Event Participation: email addresses collected at events or activities, on customer surveys or other forms related to participation

Information submitted to the company is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of sending emails based on the recipient’s request(s) for information.

HOW TO BE REMOVED FROM EMAIL LIST

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for recipients to cease receiving email from the company, or to change their expressed interests. To "unsubscribe" from the email list, use the links provided at the bottom of the email.

Participants may also indicate their preference not to receive emails by:

• Notifying Lombard Graphics corporate office directly by phone or in writing
• Sending an email to steve@lombardgraphics.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Privacy Standard notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web Platform Privacy Standard page to notify you of these changes, and we will provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
